I called the customer care several times and they misguided me everytime by saying it will be delivered till 25th December '17.
I waited for the delivery but when on 25th Dec' 17 I again contacted the customer care they vouched me that I will get my product on 26th Dec'17.
He has misplaced the Demand Draft and I am asking Evay to issue me a new demand draft. In spite of several emails and phone calls, they say the demand draft has been issued and cannot be re issued.
I am asking them to cancel the previous Demand Draft and issue me another one so that the previous one cannot be re issued. I have been contacting them from a month but no help has been provided to me.
I requested flipkart for return, but they are not accepting my request, stating that they have mentioned about product quality in description.
Further, the product recieved was faulty, it has missing parts.
So,as there is no intimation to me regarding all the above matter I am writing this message to your forum to help me regarding this.
